Mandorla - Album released on the F-IRE label. 'Very impressive debut' Jazzwise 'The fun Mandorla had making this album practically jumps out of the speakers. Gorgeously lyrical and infectiously rhythmic' All About Jazz Jon Scott has recently taken over the drum chair from Ben Reynolds and will join us for our Spring 2009 tour, alongside Oli Hayhurst (bass), Simon Colam (piano/rhodes), Justin Quinn (electric and classical guitars), and myself on sax. The wonderful vocalist Fini Bearman will join us on some dates. She's featured on the album along with Trumpeter Tom Arthurs and cellist Ben Davis.
